From R&D Interns to R&D Engineers, the career of Mehdi and Baptiste.

• After 6 months of internship, Mehdi and Baptiste were recruited as R&D engineers, each with their own specialties. A look back at their journey!

Since the early days of WedoLow, we have been committed to addressing the engineers and developers of tomorrow and making them aware of the subject of optimization. This commitment leads us to build, together, a better digital future.

Because the world of tomorrow cannot do without eco-design, raising their awareness from the start to strengthen their impact is a necessity. Our role is to empower them so that they set an example in the use of digital technology, by themselves training tomorrow's engineers by guiding them in the design choices of their systems.

It is in this logic that Mehdi and Baptiste were recruited as R&D interns at the beginning of 2023. 6 months later and upon graduation, the adventure continues on a permanent contract for our two R&D engineers.

Mehdi joined the team in March 2023 to validate his Master in Embedded Systems from the University of Rennes 1, which he received with honors.

A great immersion at WedoLow which allowed him to work on the product and our services, but also on other subjects such as the characterization of the energy consumption of electronic cards.

His ability to work and his curiosity, allowing him to touch on different subjects, reinforced the desire to see him stay in the company. We are happy to see him continue the Wedolow adventure on a permanent basis.

It was during an intervention by Justine Bonnot at ISIMA Clermont-Ferrand last year that Baptiste got to know WedoLow. As the sponsor of the “Informatics of interactive systems for embedded, robotic and virtual systems” promotion, Justine came to present the project she is carrying out.

Baptiste was very deservedly graduated and completed his 6 months of internship at WedoLow. A very rewarding experience allowing him to work mainly on the fixed point.

His professionalism and commitment reinforced the desire to see him also continue the adventure within the team. An adventure that he continued by embarking on a thesis. Work is in progress on the definition of its subject, which will deal with the fixed point.

These two recruitments confirm our desire to support interns in the last year of studies in engineering, our ability to be attractive by carrying out a project that makes sense.
